Jam-packed weekend of live music at Dundalk's Toales

Here's what's happening this week in Toales Rock Bar & Live Venue on Crowe Street in Dundalk.

Music fans looking for an intimate, soul-stirring evening won’t want to miss Saiv’n and special guest Rory Shaun as they take the stage at Toales’ Fireside Sessions on Thursday, April 3rd.

Saiv’n is a synth-folk project fronted by singer-songwriter Saidhbhín and producer officecoffee, originally formed in early 2020.

The addition of bassist Niall Clarke (formerly of Third Smoke) in 2021 further shaped the band's unique sound, blending ethereal folk influences with electronic textures.

However, for this special performance, Saidhbhín will strip back the production, showcasing her songwriting in its rawest form with a delicate, acoustic set.

Providing support on the night is Rory Shaun, a talented songwriter whose alternative ‘90s-inspired sound and introspective lyrics have made him a standout performer.

His emotive delivery and personal songwriting style promise to add an extra layer of depth to the evening’s lineup.

The show kicks off around 9pm, and with free admission, it’s the perfect opportunity to experience top-tier live music in a relaxed setting.

Whether you're a devoted music fan or just looking for a great night out, Toales’ Fireside Sessions continues to be one of Dundalk’s best-kept secrets for intimate, high-quality performances.
