St. Patrick's 0-12 Clan na Gael 0-9

Late points from Gavin Gregory and Evan White saw St. Patrick's clinch a narrow victory over Clan na Gael in an entertaining game at Lordship on Sunday afternoon.

Clans had the better of the first quarter and kicked the opening three points through Robbie Curran (2) and Billy Smith before Danny O’Connor had the Pats off the mark. Smith added his second before late points from Cathal Grogan and Gavin Gregory cut Clans lead at the break to 0-4 to 0-3.

The home side made a strong start to the second half and three successive points from Cathal Grogan saw them lead 0-8 to 0-5.
