Louth GAA have invited nominations and applications from parties interested in the senior manager's job.

As per normal, all nominations are to be submitted by the clubs through their respective secretaries.

When a list of nominees is established, chairman Des Halpenny and the county's management executive will put a selection committee in place in a bid to recommend Pete McGrath's successor.

All nominations and applications are to be submitted by Sunday, July 29.

McGrath left his post earlier this month after just one season at the helm, during which time the Wee County were relegated from Division Two before suffering championship defeats to Carlow and Leitrim, the latter, McGrath's last match in charge, in the qualifiers.
