JOB ALERT: Experienced clerk of works required immediately in Dundalk

Experienced Clerk of Works required immediately for a project comprising Phase 2 works at the Advanced Manufacturing Technical Centre of Excellence, Dundalk - including internal fit-out works, external workshop, site works and new external staircase. Mechanical, Electrical and Life Safety System installation. Works include alterations to existing automatic sprinkler system.

Position is full time (part time may be considered for a suitable applicant ) and is for approx. 7 months.

Experience preferably should include Civils, with demonstrated experience in Mechanical and Electrical installations, fire rated installations and high quality finishing out. The role (not exhaustive) requires an excellent knowledge of building construction, a good working knowledge of The Building Regulations, weekly written reports with photographic back up on quality control with specific reference to drawings and specifications issued, daily photographic recordings and notes on activities on site, deliveries to site, attendance at site meetings. A laptop and shared office will be provided on site for the duration of the contract.
