Deaths in Dundalk, Tuesday February 7th, 2017

The death has occurred of Michael Bent from Headford, Mount Avenue, Dundalk, and Finglas, Dublin
Peacefully, in the Philippines, after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, 5th February 2017. Michael, beloved husband of Linda and adored father of Katie and Andrew, son of the late Kay and Brendan and brother of the late Frances. Deeply loved and missed by his wife, daughter, son, brothers Brendan, Joe, Rolly, Denis, and Paul, sisters Mary, Ann, Cathy, Ellie and Mairead, parents-in-law Michael and Rose Laverty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.
Funeral arrangements will be published on Thursday afternoon. Family flowers only. Donations to St. Vincent de Paul.

The death has occurred of Mary Shields of Jenkinstown, Dundalk
Peacefully, in the tender loving care of the staff of Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home, surrounded by her family. She will be sadly missed by her loving nephews, nieces, family circle, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Reposed at Quinn's Funeral Home on Sunday and on Monday. Removal was on Monday evening to St. Mary's Church, Lordship. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning at 11am followed by burial in Lordship Cemetery. Family flowers only.
