Deaths in Dundalk, Monday January 23rd, 2017

The death has occurred of Gerard Rice of 91 Árd Easmuinn, Dundalk
Peacefully, surrounded by his family in the kind and gentle care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, beloved husband of Dympna and adored father of Orlaith, Deirdre, Niall, Declan, Helen, Una and Colm. Gerard will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, cherished grandchildren, wonderful sister Christine, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday afternoon between 4 o'clock and 7 o'clock. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30 o'clock walking to the Church of the Holy Redeemer arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock. Thereafter to St Patrick's Cemetery for burial.

The death has occurred of Eileen Downey (née Lee) of 6 The Village, Moorehall Lodge, Ardee and late of Lorcan Grove, Santry and Ballyjamesduff, Cavan and Dublin
Eileen is predeceased by her husband Des and will be sadly missed by her loving son Paul and daughters Ann and Susan, grand-daughters Emma and Kim, great-granddaughter Leah, sons-in-law Leo and Dave, daughter-in-law Roisin, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Eileen will repose in her residence on Saturday from 7pm and on Sunday from 11am. House private on Monday Morning. Removal on Monday leaving at 10:45am, driving to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee, arriving for Mass at 11am. Cremation afterwards in Glasnevin Crematorium, Dublin. Family flowers only please.

Peacefully in the kind and gentle care of the staff at St Peter's Nursing Home Castlebellingham. Margaret will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and freinds.
Reposing at Dixons Funeral Home Maxwell Row, Bridge Street, Dundalk on Sunday afternoon between 4 o'clock and 7 o'clock and on Monday from 10.30am with removal at 11.30am driving to The Church Of The Holy Redeemer arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Thereafter to St Patrick's Cemetery for burial (via Oakland Park). Enquiries to Dixons Funeral Home

The death has occurred of James Breaden of North Commons, Carlingford
Suddenly, at Craigavon Area Hospital. Beloved partner of Mary, husband of Philippa, much loved father of Vareek, Virgil and Verity. Sadly missed by his brother Rev. Bertie Breaden and sister Meta and extended network of family and friends.
Reposed at his home on, Saturday 21st January. Funeral service was in St. Molua's Church, Lower Magheracloone on Sunday 22nd January, with burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.
