TSM Control Systems, a global leader in materials management for the plastics industry, says it is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new, state-of-the-art facility in the IDA’s Finnabair Industrial Estate, Dundalk.
This significant move coincides with TSM’s 45th anniversary celebrations, marking a new chapter in its long history of innovation and excellence.
Jim O'Callaghan, Founder and Chair of the TSM Group, said: “This is a significant milestone for TSM, our staff, and the wider Dundalk community; it's the beginning of a new era for us.
“This facility is more than bricks and mortar; it's a reflection of our team's relentless dedication and to the high standards we've set in the industry we serve.”
TSM says that the existing headquarters in Ard Easmuinn has been a landmark of innovation. It says it was the birthplace of TSM's patented controls and automation technology, leading to the production and global distribution of over 30,000 systems to more than 76 countries.
The facility has been the epicentre of continuous advancements in Gravimetric Blending, Plant Supervisory Systems, Cloud Based Inventory Control Systems, Extrusion Process Control, and Materials Handling.
As TSM expanded its global footprint into Asia, America, and Europe, additional branches were established in Atlanta, Chicago, Taiwan, and China.
The new facility when fully upgraded will offer state of the art production, warehouse, office, and staff facilities. “It's not just a workplace; it's a space where innovation meets dedication, an environment we can all be proud to be a part of,” added Mr O'Callaghan.
The company says that this acquisition is a strategic move, aligned with TSM Control Systems' long-term vision to meet the growing global demand for its cutting-edge products and services. The company is set to transition to the new facility in early 2024.
Founded in 1977, TSM Control Systems is a global leader in Materials Management for plastics producers.
With systems in over 76 countries, the company is committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
As TSM Control Systems embarks on its next chapter with a new, state-of-the-art facility, it says it continues to focus on delivering exceptional value to its customers worldwide.
