This summer’s Ardee Bootcamp run by St Mary’s GFC Ardee is proving a tremendous success.
The camp takes place on Monday and Thursdays between 7 and 8pm and on Saturday mornings on Termonfeckin Beach from 8-9am.
The cost is 49 euro. That’s for 12 sessions over four weeks or 6 euro per session on a pay as you go basis.
It is suitable for all people of all ages from 16 up and, very importantly, it caters for fitness levels.
The co-ordinator is Kieran Quinn and you can contact Kiernan at 086-8912997.
“Ardee Bootcamp is a unique,” said Kiernan. “We have a fitness and fat loss programme designed for men and women who want to get in great shape.
“It’s a high intensity exercise programme that is designed to push you to your limit.
“So whether you are a fitness fanatic or someone trying to lose some weight and get fit, Ardee Bootcamp will help you get results.”
And so far it has been a real success story.
“One lady has lost 10lbs and dropped a dress size in three-and-a-half weeks,” said Kiernan.
“Another lady has dropped two dress sizes in four weeks.
“One of the lads has lost just over a stone and has lost an inch around his waist in just four week.
This Ardee bootcamp has a unique formula that gives everyone who joins an overall workout, without getting bored or restless with the same regime, week after week, just like in a gym!
It gives people the variety of excercise that is needed to keep up with their new chosen health and fitness lifestyle.
Kevin’s group training means people are mixing with so many other like minded people who all have one thing in common: they all want to get fit and healthy and in great shape.
The class are run at whatever pace people want which means everyone does the class at the pace that they can handle themselves. Everyone is different, so Kevin will only push people as much as they can be pushed. But get the most out of the classes and get the best results.
