The Netwell Centre extends it’s Nestling project to Omeath with a new ‘Shape Up’ class for the summer
The Nestling Project is a collaborative initiative between the Louth Local Authorities, Dundalk Town Council, Health Services Executive (North East Area), and Dundalk Institute of Technology.
This summer they are extending the project to reach Omeath and are launching a fitness class called ‘Shape Up for Summer 2012’. The class is open to people of all ages and abilities. It will take place in The Dolmen Centre every Thursday from 2-3PM for the next eight weeks and will cost €2 per session.

The Netwell Centre based at the Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) is developing new ideas that enhance the quality of life and well-being of older people and those who care for them, through more integrated community-oriented services, more sustainable home and neighbourhood design, and more age-friendly technologies.
