Marshes Shopping Centre General Manager Harry Traynor has extended heartfelt thanks to all the customers and staff who have kindly donated to the annual Toys on the Table appeal 2012.

Despite the current financial crisis people visiting the centre have again been more than generous providing over 300 items of food stuffs and toys which have been distributed to needy families across Louth.

Once again Dundalk Round Table have provided much needed support linking with the centre and charitable groups to ensure every donation reached a suitable recipient.

Harry said he had no initial expectation when launching the seasonal campaign but was never in doubt that people would be generous in meeting such a needy cause.

He expressed his public thanks to everyone for their thoughtfulness and extended best wishes to each and every family in the County on behalf of Marshes.
