Athletes raced from their homes, gyms, and rowing clubs across the world in Saturday's finals. Competitors were connected virtually through their Concept2 indoor rowing machines and raced in real time within their respective age and weight categories.
Claire was among six rowers from across the globe who made it through the heats and into Saturday's final.
She was supported by her family and Inver Colpa members from her race base at the club's current home, the Boyne Fishermen's Rescue on the Marsh road in Drogheda.
Inver Colpa Row Club is very proud of club members Claire and Lisa-Marie Campbell and Martin Murphy, who also trained and competed in the competition in their respective age categories
