Brendan Forde of CúChulainn Archers came first in the Senior Male Recurve category.
Archery this weekend came from north and south of the country as two CúChulainn Archers members made their way to the Northern Ireland Record Status WA 18 competition hosted by Muckamore Company of Archers in Co. Down.
One more member of the Louth club went to Dublin to compete in the Campanile Cup 2025, hosted by Dublin University Archery Club in Trinity Sports Centre as a guest shooter.

Competing for CúChulainn at Muckamore were JoAnn Bell, Master Women, Compound, who took the gold medal, and Paul McClelland, Master, Men Compound, also took gold in his category.
Competing for CúChulainn in the guest category of the Intervarsity at DUAC was Brendan Forde, who also came first in his category, Senior Male Recurve.
