Exciting experiences lie ahead of the current second year BBS Event Management and BBS Hospitality Management, where students will gain work experience with industry leaders both in Ireland and globally.
The coming semester provides approximately 40 Event Management and 20 Hospitality Management students with an opportunity to gain relevant work experience for a 5 to 8 month period between January and August 2014.
Following a demanding recruitment process, these ambitious students have secured placements in an impressive range of events and hospitality sites in Ireland, UK, Spain, France, US and China. From the world renowned Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland, who are hosting the Ryder Cup 2014, the Ritz Carlton in Barcelona, the Hilton and Shangri La properties in cosmopolitan global city of Shanghai and the sandy resorts of Cape Cod and Florida.
Within our own Emerald Isle a rich array of equally impressive sites have been secured by the students including; MCI Ovation – the award-winning Event Management company, Chambers of Commerce, Special Olympics Ireland and the GAA Head Quarters.
