On Saturday 7 March, Lighthouse Church Dundalk gathered together 35 of its people to clean up the Riverbank Walk at the Castletown bridge.
This was done in support of the great efforts that Dundalk Tidy Towns does to keep our town clean, and Lighthouse Church Dundalk said it wishes to give lots of thanks go to its leader Helen Byrne for the supply of bags, gloves and litter pickers.
At the end of the cleanup over 45 bags of litter was removed from this beautiful spot.
Lighthouse Church Dundalk added that they are already looking forward to their next cleanup day on Saturday 6 June at 10am.

Lighthouse Church Dundalk is led by Iulian and Rebeca and meets at the Venue, Imperial Hotel Dundalk each Sunday at 11am, and they say that their Church values making our community better and creating a space where everyone is welcome.

They add that they have both an adult and kids service.
