  • The principal and parents of students attending Scoil Bhríde in Shelagh, are warning that serious safety risks now exist inside the school due to severe overcrowding and are calling for immediate intervention from the Department of Education and Youth.
  • An eight-year-old child was stopped by gardaí in Dundalk last week after being caught travelling at speeds of up to 30kph on an e-scooter.
  • Planning permission has been granted for new retail units and an off licence in the former Carroll Village Shopping Centre in Dundalk.
