Dundalk Train Station
Iarnród Éireann has reminded customers that a revised timetable will be in place for the February Bank Holiday weekend, which will affect train services in Dundalk and Drogheda.
Customers are advised to check times before travel from Saturday 31 January to Bank Holiday Monday 2 February inclusive, for revised schedules, at www.irishrail.ie or at the Iarnród Éireann app.
In particular, customers are reminded of the Connolly to Drogheda / Howth works, affecting Northside DART, Northern Commuter and Belfast Enterprise from Saturday to Monday.
Services on the Dublin/Belfast route will involve bus transfers between Dublin and Drogheda, and operate to a revised schedule.
The Northern Commuter service is also suspended with limited bus transfers to operate – see www.irishrail.ie for details.

DART services are also suspended between Connolly and Howth / Malahide. Dublin Bus and GoAhead will accept rail tickets for affected services.
Iarnród Éireann has published the overview of major works which will impact services in 2026, here.
Iarnród Éireann added that it works to ensure that any such disruption is minimised, and that the number of customers affected is minimised too.
