15 year old Louth student's artwork to be included in 2026 Texaco calendar

"Abstract Landscape" by Shane Keenan, 15, from Dundalk

15-year-old Louth student Shane Keenan has had his artwork selected to be included in the 2026 Texaco Children's Art Competition Calendar. 

The piece entitled "Abstract Landscape" is one of 13 pieces chosen for the calendar, and will appear in the month of March. 

Mr Keenan, from Dundalk, also won a Special Merit Award in this year's competition. His artwork was praised, saying it "demonstrated high levels of skill and creativity."

The calendars are available in a select number of Texaco service stations nationwide.
