Gardai have stood down a missing person appeal for a 13-year-old boy who from Dunleer in County Louth who was reported missing since the morning of Sunday September 28.
In an update, issued on Tuesday morning, they say that Kevin Filipache has been located "safe and well" and that no further action is required.

He was reported missing from Dunleer in County Louth on Monday September 29, sparking an urgent nationwide appeal.
While gardai have confirmed Kevin has been located, no further information has been disclosed to the public at this time.
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana has thanked the media and members of the public for their assistance with the appeal.
