To celebrate the 1st birthday of its Irish wolfhound mascot, Briosca, XL Stores Ireland launched a nationwide colouring competition, and has announced that its winner is a talented young artist from north Louth.
XL Stores Ireland said that the response to the competition was incredible, with over 230 amazing entries from talented young artists across the country, and that it is thrilled to announce that the grand prize winner is Mya Donaghy, who picked up her entry form at Watter’s XL, Annavackey, Hackballscross, Co. Louth.
Mya has won a €2,500 family hotel voucher for her stunning and creative artwork. XL Stores Ireland said that its independent judge was especially impressed by her use of colour, shading, and overall artistic flair and hailed her masterpiece a truly standout piece of art!
XL Stores Ireland has offered a "huge congratulations to Mya and a big thank you to everyone who entered!" and added that it is also delighted to recognize five fantastic runners-up, each receiving a €50 Jiminy Eco Toys voucher for their brilliant entries.
