The opening launch of the North Louth Artists exhibition at An Táin Arts Centre took place last Tuesday evening. The exhibition was officially opened on the evening by special guest, Mairead McGuinness.
Founded in 1968, North Louth Artists are an independent group of professional artists, who every May come together to present a cross-section of new work, showcasing the diverse approaches and sensibilities of the members. Artists are Kate Beagan, Derek Bell, Sandra Bell, Petra Berntsson, Anna Campbell, Gerry Clarke, Paula Eigenheer, Robert Kelly, Omin, Nina Rumińska, Rosemary Warren and Irene Woods. Guest Artists this year are Ronan Halpin, David McGlynn, Niamh O’Connor and John O’Reilly.
The exhibition at An Táin Arts Centre is open to visitors from Tuesday to Saturday, and runs from 10am to 4pm.
