The Creative Spark Downtown Hub on Clanbrassil Street
The Creative Spark Print Studio in Dundalk says it is thrilled to announce the return of its pop-up exhibition series at the Creative Spark Downtown Hub on Clanbrassil St in Dundalk, Co Louth.
The Opening Night of the exhibition takes place next Thursday 13 March, at 7 pm with the exhibition running until Wednesday 18 April
Following the success of the first event, this second instalment explores the theme of snakes, celebrating both St. Patrick’s Day and the Year of the Snake in the lunar calendar.
Among the featured works, print studio member Ines Khai presents a striking interpretation of the Year of the Snake through the lens of Mami Wata—the half-woman, half-snake goddess.
Snakes: The Pop-Up Exhibition showcases the talent of nine Creative Spark Print Studio artists: Ines Khai, Claire McAteer, Gráinne Murphy, Viola Wang, HabitusPrime, Colleen Eilís Murphy, Greta Usaite, Omin, and Seán Cleary.
