The countdown is on to Local Enterprise Week 2025, running from Monday 3rd to Friday 7th March, with businesses across Louth all set for a dynamic week of learning, networking, and inspiration. With all events free to attend, there has never been a better time to invest in your business and connect with like-minded entrepreneurs, says Local Enterprise Office Louth.

“Local Enterprise Week is all about providing business owners with the knowledge, skills, and connections they need to succeed,” says Niall Gallagher, Senior Enterprise Development Officer with Local Enterprise Office Louth. “The lineup is packed with high-impact events covering everything from AI and innovation to funding, networking, and business growth.”

With expert speakers, practical insights, and great networking opportunities, Local Enterprise Week is the place to be for ambitious local business owners. Local Enterprise Week Co-ordinator Sarah Mallon explains, “Monday’s launch event kicks off with a must-attend event featuring digital expert Greg Fry, who will delve into the latest trends in AI and digital innovation.”

Tuesday shines a spotlight on the cross-border economy with the Building a Sustainable All-Island Economy event in partnership with Dundalk and Newry Chambers. Wednesday is all about Creative Thinking and how innovation can drive business success. Plus, an essential session on Accessing Finance hosted by LEO Meath.

Thursday is an action packed day with three brilliant events. Starting with a business breakfast hosted by Drogheda Chamber, an expert-led session on scaling high-potential enterprises at The Mill Enterprise Hub, and wrapping up with a special International Women’s Day event hosted by Network Ireland Louth.

Friday morning sees Local Enterprise Meath launch a new suite of supports for people with interested in starting own business. Sarah concludes: “The week ends with the much-anticipated Louth Enterprise Awards, celebrating the county’s most promising businesses. This business lunch and awards ceremony takes place at The Monasterboice Inn, Drogheda.”
