Gardaí in Louth investigating fire at Dundalk apartment complex
Gardaí in Louth say they are investigating all of the circumstances surrounding a fire at an apartment complex at Bridge Street, Dundalk, on Tuesday 18 February, 2025.
According to An Garda Síochána, emergency services received a report of a fire at the building shortly before midnight. A block within the apartment complex was evacuated and a safety cordon was also put in place. No injuries were reported.
The fire was extinguished by the Fire Brigade and residents were permitted to return to their apartments at 12:55am.
The scene remains preserved this morning for a technical examination.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
