Property development company, Cabriz Ltd, says it is pleased to announce the submission of a planning application for an innovative residential development at Hill Street, Dundalk.
This landmark project comes, it says, at a critical time when the housing crisis demands swift and thoughtful action, and that its proposed development aligns with both local and national housing policies, delivering much-needed homes while adhering to sustainable and inclusive design principles.

Cadiz Ltd says that the planning application has been prepared following extensive pre-planning discussions with Louth County Council, which it adds have ensured that the proposed scheme aligns with local development objectives and incorporates feedback from key stakeholders. The project has been developed in collaboration with a team of experienced consultants, including Douglas Wallace Architects, OCSC Consulting Engineers, and Stephen Ward Town Planning & Development Consultants Ltd.
Recognising the importance of dialogue with local stakeholders, Cabriz Ltd says it is committed to maintaining open communication with neighbours, local representatives, and community groups throughout the planning process. A dedicated point of contact will be available to address queries and provide updates.
