Uniquely has become Ireland’s first outsourcer to win the Customer Services Centre of the Year award
Dundalk based Irish Business Process Outsourcer (BPO), Uniquely, has become Ireland’s first outsourcer to win the Customer Services Centre of the Year award at the 2024 CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards.
The awards honour the outstanding achievements of Ireland’s customer contact and shared services industry over the last year. The competition has been fierce this year and all the shortlisted nominees represented the best of innovation, dedication, and excellence.
As Uniquely’s Customer Engagement Centre turns 10 this year, this award follows its ‘Best Managed Companies’ Platinum Standard, awarded in September by Deloitte for superior business performance for the past eight years. Also, the company was officially recognised this year as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland™ in 2024, based on direct feedback from employees.
Commenting on the prestigious CCAM win, Ger Teahon, CEO of Uniquely said: “We have been blessed with many awards but becoming the first outsourcer to win Contact Centre of the Year in Ireland by a body as highly regarded as the CCMA is the greatest accolade. We are so proud and honoured; we have been 10 years growing, learning, winning and losing and it feels like we are only getting started.
