The death has occurred of Noel Mc Elroy of Thorn Hill, Cortial, Kilkerley, Dundalk, Louth
Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Eileen and cherished father of Martin and Rosemarie. Predeceased by his wife, parents Larry & Rose and brother Ronan. Noel will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his son, daughter, adored grandchildren Noah, Isabelle, Erin Jing-Jai, daughter-in-law Chada, son-in-law Adam, brother Eugene, sisters Helen, Ann & Pat, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and by all who knew and loved him.
Reposing at his home on Tuesday afternoon between 3 o’clock and 8 o’clock. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.40 driving to The Church of The Immaculate Conception, Kilkerley, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. The death has occurred of Robert (Bob) McQuillan of Swords, Co. Dublin and formerly of Dundalk, Co. Louth. Late of G.N.R. and C.I.E.
On May 7 2022, peacefully in his 100th year in the excellent care of the staff of St. Paul's Ward, Beaumont Hospital. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Teresa (née Kelly), daughters Sinéad, Kate, Eimear and Aoife, sons-in-law Michael, Geoff, Jorge and John, his adoring grandchildren Dearbhla, Ciarán, Isabel, Tess, Thomas, Marco, Maeve, Robert, Rebecca and Aoife, his beloved brother Don, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. Robert is predeceased by his mother Anne and father Peter, sister Freda, brothers Felix, Jack, Tom, Peter, Danny, his beloved grandson and his foster brother Hans Ottengraf (late of Aachen, Germany).
Removal on Tuesday 10 May to St. Cronan's Church, Brackenstown arriving for 6 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 11 May at 11 a.m. followed by burial to Rolestown Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Sightsavers.
