Roxbury House located in Cartown in Termonfeckin was the most valuable house sold in Louth last year according to the Property Services Regulatory Authority.
The five bedroom property sold for 1.35 million in August last year.
The property was described by the agent as:
“Located just outside the picturesque village of Termonfeckin, this breath-taking property features 5 bedrooms, a heated indoor pool, a 4-5 car garage, and a home office/studio building located away from the main house.
“The built-up area is approximately 790 square metres, situated on approximately 4 acres.
“The property is perfectly located to give a feeling of privacy but without being too isolated from essential amenities such as shops, medical assistance, restaurants and bars in the nearby village.”
