LOUTH WEATHER: Easter Bank Holiday weekend is 'looking good'
Despite the truly awful weather around the country today, according to local weather expert Louth Weather, things are looking up for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
"Difficult to say at this early stage how much sunshine we will see, but it's looking good. If the sun breaks through for any prolonged period, we could see temperatures up to 18°C on Saturday afternoon. Light to moderate southerly winds, so an end to the endless easterly winds and feeling milder as a result."
And even the week after that has signs of decent weather too.
"Very early indications suggest the high will slowly weaken. So still reasonable weather with little or no rain, but not as good as on Saturday."
