Average price for house in Dundalk in July 2018 was €53k more than July 2017
The average house price in Dundalk in July 2018 was €53,652 more expensive than it was in July 2017. This is according to the Residential Property Price index released by the CSO yesterday.
The average house price in July 2018 was €226,149, up from €172,497 in July 2017.

This compares to 57 residential properties legally transferred in July 2017 at an average price of €172,497.
It represents a 31% increase on July 2017 average prices.

The median price in July 2018 was €200,000 - €34,000 higher than July 2017, 20.5% higher than July 2017.
