Film featuring Dundalk pianist and local music teacher to get DVD release

Making the Grade is being released on DVD

The hit documentary film, Making the Grade, which features Dundalk pianist Loyola Browne and her local music teacher, is due to be released on DVD this month.  

The film, which gained much critical acclaim upon its release in February 2018, invites us invites us into the world of the piano lesson. 

Created by the director of His & Hers, acclaimed filmmaker Ken Wardrop’s signature style once again shines through in these heart-warming and life-affirming tales of students and their beloved piano teachers from across Ireland.  

This is a story of the transformative power of music and the pride and happiness it provides both the students and teachers.  

Produced by Andrew Freedman of Venom Film, Making The Grade will be available On Demand from iTunes, Virgin Media and Volta on 14th September.  DVD stockists include Tower Records, Golden Discs, Eason stores and Amazon.
