Irene White murder accused further remanded in custody

The 45-year-old man who was charged in connection with the murder of Dundalk woman Irene White, has been further remanded in custody. 

Niall Power, from Gyles Quay, Riverstown, Dundalk appeared in Cloverhill District Court on Thursday for his third hearing. 

Justice Victor Blake further remanded him in custody and granted him consent to bail. He will appear again on March 22. 

Irene White (43) was killed in the kitchen of her family home, beside Ice House Hill Park, on April 6, 2005.
