Water outages expected to affect Irish Water customers on Armagh Road and surrounding areas today

Irish Water has issued an alert to customers on the Armagh Road and the surrounding areas today saying a burst water main may affect supplies. 

In a tweet, Irish Water said: "#IWLouth: A burst water main may affect supply to R177 Armagh Road, Dundalk and surrounds until 5pm today. See wtr.ie/Louth." 

Works are scheduled to take place until 5pm today. 

A notice on Irish Water's website today also warned of disruptions for Stapleton Place this Sunday. 

Irish Water said: "Essential repair works may cause supply disruptions to Stapleton Place, Dundalk and surrounding areas in Co. Louth. A traffic management system will be in place for the duration of the works. Works are scheduled to take place from 6am until 5pm on 25 February."
