Comedy star Chris Kent
Comedian Chris Kent, fresh from appearing in the hit RTE/BBC adaptation of The Young Offenders movie, is set to appear at The Spirit Store in Dundalk next month.
The Cork funnyman is currently touring his fifth solo show, entitled 'Moving On' and will bring his hilarious show to the local venue on Saturday March 10th.
As well as playing the role of Conor's dad on The Young Offenders which is currently airing on our screens, Kent has also appeared on 'Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central’, BBC Northern Ireland's ‘The Blame Game’ and was recently voted as one of the Top Five Irish comedians by Hot Press magazine.
A former electrician, Kent has supported international acts such as Bill Burr while his latest solo show focuses on becoming a dad for the first time.
Now based in the UK, he has been hailed as ‘among the best acts I’ve seen’ by The Mirror and a ‘compelling storyteller’ by The Scotsman.
