Deaths in Dundalk - Thursday February 15th, 2018

The death has occurred of Jim Dullaghan of Lisheen Park, Knockbridge
Peacefully, at the residence of his daughter, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Matthews) and dear father of Oliver, Eilish (Byrne), Seán, Brendan, Aidan and Fintan. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing sons, daughter, son-in-law Micheal, daughters-in-law Eileen, Maureen and Mary, grandchildren Kenneth, James, Samantha, Kate, Jason, Laura, Adam, Gavin and Claire, great-grandchildren Aoife, Eimear, Nicole, Cian, Shannon, Cathal and Cara, brothers Paddy and Kevin, sister Sr. Josephine, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his brother Jack and sisters May and Kathleen.
Reposing at the residence of his daughter, Eilish Byrne, Newtown, Knockbridge from 2pm on Thursday. Removal on Saturday at 10.40am, to St. Mary’s Church, Knockbridge, arriving for Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to the adjoining cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Palliative Care c/o Quinn’s Funeral Homes.

The death has occurred of Marie Kelledy (née Mc Comish) of Oriel Terrace, Dundalk
Peacefully in St Francis Hospice, Dublin. 13th February 2018. Marie beloved wife of the late James, devoted mother of Fergus, loving grandmother of Emma and James and mother-in-law of Szilvia and sister of Gerard and Noel. Deeply regretted by her son, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, brothers, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Mc Geoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn St., from 4pm until 7pm on Thursday. Removal on Friday morning at 10.50am to St. Patrick’s Cathedral arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Monica Murphy of Sutton, Dublin and Dundalk
Suddenly, but peacefully, in the care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital. Monica, loving daughter of the late Tom and Rose and sister of Gerard, Kathleen, Margaret, Mary, Theresa, Thomas and Pat; sadly missed by the extended Murphy family, her neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand tomorrow (Thursday, February 15th) from 5pm until 8pm and Friday, February 16th, from 3pm with Removal at 5pm to Church of the Resurrection, Bayside arriving at 5.30pm. Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Ravensdale, Dundalk on Saturday morning, February 17th, at 11am. Funeral thereafter to Calvary Cemetery, Ravensdale. Family flowers only. Donations, if wished, in her memory to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
