Deaths in Dundalk - Monday February 12th, 2018

The death has occurred of James Baxter of Rugby House, Mill Road, Dundalk
Peacefully, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Rose (nee O'Hare) and dear father of Thomas and Justin. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing sons, daughter-in-law Julia, grandchildren Oisín, Emma, Tadhg, Brendan, Abby-Rose and Pádraig, sister Monica, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at home from 11am on Monday. Removal on Tuesday at 11.15am, to St. Joseph’s Church, Castletown, arriving for Mass at 11.30am. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the North Louth Hospice and Homecare Foundation c/o Quinn’s Funeral Homes.

The death has occurred of Olive Hughes (née Hoey) of Bothár na Feirme, Dundalk
Peacefully in Louth County Hospital. 11th February 2018. Olive beloved wife of Paddy, loving mother of Colin, grandmother of Rachel, Ewan, Ben, and sister of Majella Noone, Vera Leavy and the late Elsie O’Hanlon, Noel Hoey and Patricia Ellis. Deeply regretted by her husband, son, grandchildren, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her home from 4pm on Sunday. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.45 to Church of the Holy Family arriving for Mass at 11.0’Clock. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Joe Kearney of Mullacloe and formerly of Roseybrook, Ardee
Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Joe will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bernadette, his son Peter, daughters Jane and Anne, his brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Joe will repose in his residence. House private please. Removal on Tuesday morning to Ss. Peter and Paul's Church, Tallanstown, arriving for 11am Mass. Private Cremation afterwards in Lakeland Crematorium Cavan.

The death has occurred of Jim (James) Keating of Hyde Park, Dundalk
Suddenly but peacefully at Beaumont Hospital Dublin surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his mother Delia. Loved and adored by his daughter Ciara Casey, granddaughter’s Ellie and Darcie, father Matt. Jim will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughter, granddaughters, father, sisters Carol and Sandra, brother Gerry, brother-in-law James, Ciara’s mam Sharon, aunt Rose, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends especially his fellow supporters at Dundalk F.C. Oriel Park.
Reposing at the home of his sister Carol Bradley, 66 McSwiney Street, Dundalk from 7pm this evening, Sunday. Removal on Tuesday afternoon at 12.30 to Saint Nicholas Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Thereafter to Saint Patrick's Cemetery for burial. House private on Tuesday morning please.

At his residence. Predecesed by his parents John and Martha and sister Breda McArdle, Very deeply regretted by his loving family, wife Marie, daughters Aoife and Zita, sons David and Niall grandchildren Zara and Jake, brother Tom, son in law Davie, Zita's partner Micheal, daughters in law Bronagh and Debbie, sisters in-law Anne and Zita Duffener, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.
