Jewellery and cash stolen as Dundalk home is ransacked

A significant quantity of jewellery was stolen after a break-in in Louth last week.

The incident, which took place in the Shelagh area last Tuesday (July 25), saw the house ransacked after a kitchen window was smashed.

It is believed the robbery occurred between 11am and 7pm on the stated date.
