A Book of Condolence is open at Dundalk Garda station for Captain Mark Duffy and the other crew members of Rescue 116.
The remains of Mr Duffy were recovered from the the wreckage of the helicopter, which crashed off the coast of Mayo two weeks ago, over the weekend.
The funeral arrangements for Mr Duffy have not yet been finalised.
