Weekend Crime Round-Up

SUNDAY January 29th

- Property damaged at Redeemer Resource Centre at approximately 3.30am. A lone male carrying a crowbar gained entry to the building through the rear window. Culprit was dressed in a grey tracksuit with hoodie covering his face.

- Property damage at Globo Tyres on the Ramparts Road last evening. Culprit gained entry by cutting a panel in the roof but fled the seen through the rear entrance upon hearing the alarm.

SATURDAY January 28th

- Tyres slashed on a white Peugeot van parked on the new Bellurgan Road between 6.45am and 2.30pm

- Property stolen from Williamstown area of Castlebellingham between 3.10pm & 3.30pm. The item stolen was a Honda Welder Generator valued at €2000. Owner encountered a light blue Hyundai Sante Fe with two occupants. Driver said to be of a heavy build, with dark hair and in his 40s.
