Conradh na Gaeilge returned to St Vincent's Secondary School Dundalk this year with their Seó Bóthair Workshop.
Louise Ní Fhearghaíl and Niamh Ní Ghoill from Conradh na Gaeilge headquarters in Dublin, spent the day with Third Year Irish students discussing and giving opinons on the language.
They also played language games and discovered how to use social media as Gaeilge. This interactive workshop encourages students to use their language skills as Gaeilge in a current and modern way, as they look at current topics of interest. Irish teacher Ciaran O'Dubhtaigh said: 'It was a wonderful immersive learning experience for all the students involved. Louise and Niamh's love for the Irish language inspired the girls and their practical engaging workshop was a great success'.
