Some things to do in Dundalk this week

1: Nathan Carter Hits Cooley:

Country music sensation Nathan Carter will be performing at the Convoy to Cooley event in Fr McEvoy Park this Saturday. The event begins at 7:30PM with tickets ranging from €10 for children and €20 for adults. Limited seated tickets cost €25, tickets can be bought online at http://www.cooleykickhams.ie/ or at the Cooley Complex.

2: De La Salle Boys National School Centenary Celebrations:

The school is celebrating one hundred years of education and they’re holding many events throughout the week that are opened to past and present pupils. From candle lit ceremonies, balloon releases and a walk down memory lane event were past pupils can visit their ex classmates.

3: Gardening Day Out:

This Saturday, Dundalk Garden Centre, Dublin Road are hosting a gardening day out. On the day this will include free workshops and demonstrations from a range of experts. A charity ravel for the Irish Cancer Society will also be taking place.

4- Women’s Aid Bake Sale:

Dundalk Women’s Aid are hosting a bake sale and coffee morning this Thursday in the Playroom Project in Mullaharlin Park. The event will run from 10AM to 12.30PM with all proceeds raised going towards the Playroom Project’s summer camps.
