Mo Chara at Roden Place in Dundalk, was announced Gold Winner in the Craft Bar of the Year category in the Bar of the Year Awards, announced on Monday night at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin, hosted by Anton Savage.
The awards saw the most exceptional bars in the country being recognized and celebrated for their extraordinary contributions to the hospitality industry. After rigorous evaluation and deliberation by an esteemed panel of industry experts only the best in the industry were crowned winners, with Mo Chara taking the Gold in the Craft Bar of the Year category.
Paladar in Cork won overall Bar of the Year for the second time at the ceremony, taking top spot in a competition that saw over 700 submissions entered and only the best bars being shortlisted as finalists. Organisers say the individuals and venues who have made the final, have consistently raised the bar, delivering unparalleled experiences and pushing boundaries within the industry
Mo Chara took Gold in its category, with Revolution Craft Beer & Whiskey Bar, Co. Waterford taking Silver, and Treaty City Brewery, Co. Limerick taking Bronze.
