Teenager stole alcohol from shop in Dundalk , court heard

A teenager who stole alcohol from a shop in Dundalk, has been placed under the supervision of the Probation Service, at the local district court.

The 17 year old, who can't be named because of his age, has dozens of previous convictions and turns 18 this week.

He admitted committing the offence at Mace, Castletown Road on July 31st 2022.

Judge Eirinn McKiernan told him "things are looking good for you" and he urged the teenager to stay on the right path.
