Council removed 20 bags of rubbish dumped in Louth woods over Christmas

Louth County Council reported finding 20 bags of litter illegally dumped over the festive period.

The council recovered the litter at Townley Hall Woods car park beside the River Boyne.

Louth County Council Waste Management, Environment and Climate Action shared an image to their social media page X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Significant illegal dumping which occurred over the Christmas period at Townley Hall Woods car park beside the River Boyne. Over 20 dumped black bags of domestic waste have been removed by Louth County Council.”
