Dundalk Roads Policing Unit say they were conducting a MIT checkpoint in Ardee when they came across these two cars.
Both drivers were holders of learner permits unaccompanied with no L plates.
The driver of beige car also had no insurance while driver of blue car tested positive for cocaine.
Vehicle was seized and prosecution is to follow.
