Take a nostalgic musical journey through the golden era of music in Ireland with songs by showband legends in Adelphi Nights, Saturday 9th December at An Táin Arts Centre.
Opened in December 1962, The Adelphi Ballroom played host to some of the biggest names in the music industry at the time, including Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison, and many a showband legend such as Dickie Rock, Joe Dolan, Brendan Boyer, Eileen Reid and many more.
The show features the best local musical talent, special guests and will be compered by Dundalk’s Joe Duffy. Join the celebration of this culturally significant local landmark this festive season.
Adelphi Nights comes to An Táin Arts Centre on Saturday 9th December at 8pm. Tickets are €20, plus €1.50 booking fee per ticket per person, and can be purchased from An Táin Arts Centre’s Box Office on Crowe Street, over the phone on 042 9332332 or online at www.antain.ie
