The launch of Darkness into Light 2023 in aid of Pieta House took place last Thursday night at the County Museum in Dundalk.
There was a good turnout on the night, with some well known local sports faces, including Irish Paralympic cyclist Eve McCrystal and players from Dundalk FC.

This year's Darkness into Light walk in Dundalk takes place on May 6, beginning at Dundalk Institute of Technology at 4.15 am.
Last year's event saw around 2,000 people turn up for what was the first “in person” event in Dundalk since 2019. It also saw new venues including Ardee, Dunleer, Cooley, Tallanstown and Stabannon host their own Darkness into Light walk.

Registration for this year's walk is now open, go to www.darknessintolight.ie/sign-up to register.
