Urban Green Private Ltd is seeking unrestricted hours of operation for a warehouse development for which it was granted planning permission at the end of last year.
Urban Green Private Ltd acting on behalf of Trippier Ltd was given the go ahead by the local authority for a for a warehouse of 37,289sq.m at Dundalk North Business Park, Armagh Road, Dundalk.
Among the conditions laid out by Louth County Council when granting planning, was that the hours of operation would be limited to 0800 hr - 1800hrs Monday - Saturday.
This application by Urban Green Private Ltd, seeks to vary this condition such that hours of operation of the facility shoud be unrestricted.
A decision is due by 27 April with submissions due by 6 April 2023.
