Division 3 Football League,

Division 3 Football League,

Wolfe Tones 0-15 Dowdallshill 0-2

Dowdallshill’s season continues to go from bad to worse, following this latest beating at the hands of the Tones.

After scoring just four points at the weekend against St Kevins, the Dundalk side would have been hoping for better, but all they could muster was a point in each half, both from full forward Stephen Hoey.

The result keeps the ‘Hill second from bottom in the table, and with the team continuing to suffer from a spate of injuries to key players, the prospects of rescuing the season anytime soon, appears remote.
