In spite of a torrid league campaign and some internal conflicts, Louth boss Aidan O’Rourke insists that his troops will not underestimate Antrim.

“We will not assume anything against Antrim. They have some very good players. There is a perception away from the team that ‘this is an easy one’ or it’ll be expected to be an easy one.

“But there is a lot of hard work behind the scenes that go into winning a match and everything has to be right for it to work.”

With Drogheda the venue once again, the former All Ireland winner believes his side know the ground better than anyone else.
