Dundalk Half Marathon and 10K takes place this weekend
The 2026 Life Style Sports Dundalk Half Marathon and 10K will take place this Sunday, 1st February.
The event will take place against the scenic backdrop of the Cooley Mountains and will showcase both the town centre and the surrounding countryside.

Both races will start at Market Square in Dundalk. Runners will pass local landmarks, including St Nicholas’ Church, before heading out onto rural roads. The half-marathon will begin at 10.00am, with the 10K starting at 10.20am.
The course is suitable for all levels, from experienced runners to those taking part for the first time. It offers a good balance of challenge and enjoyment.
The race is known for its strong community support, with local volunteers and spectators creating a friendly and encouraging atmosphere along the route.
